Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before May 17, 2027.
If a cancellation is received between May 17, 2027 and June 30, 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after June 30, 2027
